Stronger Fence Rails
Crest fence rails are powder-coated with a durable hammer-textured finish. We use heavy-duty polymer and UV protected, marine-grade powder. We construct the rails using the strongest extruded aluminum in the industry (1.25″). Every panel insert is full height with 90-degree mitered gates.
Durable Deck Construction
The Crest deck is constructed using 3/4″, 7-ply marine-grade material, bonded with marine-grade adhesion, then sanded to a smooth finish. The deck is through-bolted and screwed to the chassis. Exclusive marine-grade polyvinyl or luxury woven vinyl is then adhered to the deck.
Superior Helm Stands
Each Crest helm stand is made of strong fiberglass -reinforced plastic (FRP) and is ergonomically designed and engineered to meet the needs of today’s boater. FRP is 77% stronger than the blow-molded plastic helms that are commonly found on pontoon boats.
Custom-Built Furniture
All Crest furniture is designed, handcrafted and engineered by our dedicated Crest team in our furniture, upholstery and sewing facility. We use superior marine-grade vinyl, plush marine-grade foam and the highest-quality construction materials for best-in-class comfort, strength and storage space.
High Quality Tubes
Each Crest tube has four sealed chambers for best-in-class safety, durability and flotation. Our tubes feature the longest and thickest gauge nose cones (0.100″ thick) and end caps (0.125″ thick) on the market, along with a solid, extruded 5/8″ keel.
Stronger Chassis
Each Crest chassis features the thickest gauge aluminum cross members on the market (0.250″ or 0.190″ thick) for the strongest, smoothest, driest and most comfortable ride possible.
